I was so sorry to hear the news about your mother. Just so you know who I am, I ran the carpentry business at the bottom of the yard when your parents were working for the Clanwilliams in Oare. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the funeral, as I have only just sadly lost my wife Caroline, but I remember David and Phyllis with great fondness for their immense cheerfulness and energy, and just their willingness to try anything! They always seemed to be a very loyal and loving couple.
